I’ve had multiple issues with curbside pickup at this location, and this last visit confirmed nothing has improved. Curbside customers are often not acknowledged, and this time I was given the wrong order. I ordered the Surf & Turf Sirloin 10oz but received a Classic Ribeye, and I was charged for an item I didn’t order.
To make matters worse, all designated curbside parking spots were taken by customers dining inside, making pickup unnecessarily frustrating.
This location clearly needs better curbside management and order accuracy.

The staff was polite the restaurant clean. The only problem is the bacon burger we ordered had the bacon burned completely and was uneatable. I did inform the waitress but I was still charged for the good even though it was not cooked correctly.
