They don’t make sure they have enough protein to last until end of shift. Treat you like inconvenience for wanting a more popular protein an HOUR before closing. Staff said we come in last minute but didn’t close for another hour..

The food is fresh and consistent. Love having this option!

The employees are always friendly and greet me with a smile, which makes the experience even better. The food is consistently fresh, and the service is quick.

I had 1 bowl, and as he was serving the meat I indicated "Could I have a little bit more meat"? Because I felt like the portion was very small. and I had a small drink and it came up to $25.00 just for One person $25.00 one bowl. Was $13.75 and change. And since I asked for additional meat to be put on it "could I have a little bit more"? There was a $7.50 extra spoon of meat, and $3.25 for the small coke, $2.00 for the tax. Bring the total = $25.00 for me to sit down and have a little Snack........I will never go there again!!!!.....That is ridiculous $$$$$$$

The quality of food is not in question. The food tastes great fresh ingredients hot and flavorful. Service was not awesome, ... the portion sizes are driving me Crazy! This is where I drew the line I ordered on the doordash app extra chicken for 4 bucks. I'm expecting the burrito bowl to be filled up, but NOOO.. it was the same size as I would order it walking in the restaurant, same or even sometime less.. also, is it me, or are the portions so inconsistent all the time you guys need to be honest with yourselves? Get a scale or something next time. I'll provide a video or a photo so you guys can see .and judge for yourself. Do better!

Food taste good and environment good

My family and I came to chipotle on 08-25-24 around 8:49pm. They didn’t have the chicken ready and we had to wait 10 minutes for it to be cooked. We ask for drinks and the cashier attendant was not polite when we asked for drinks. In addition, discount was given for the drinks due to waiting for 10 minutes for the food. This restaurant is not welcoming and doesn’t not give customers satisfaction due to poor service.i also ordered a steak bowl which the meat was COLD!!!!
