We really like chipotle and we always pick dome up when we can, but the location in brownsville is one of the most terribly managed locations. They never have enough workers at peak times. They always run out of food because they over serve others. Serving sizes are always so bad or inconsistent. The manager or supervisor that is there seems like she doesn't even care. She just stands there while her workers struggle.

6 people working and most tables were empry and dirty, this place looks empty for a Friday evening to me management is lacking, it's a franchise, so food isn't the problem, they all have same flavors or prices, even though you can get better food for half price in any Mexican place in Town probably feets away, if they want to succeed they need more carisma in their employees and they need to start giving some kind of coupons or free something, anywhere in the US this place at a Friday it's super busy, it looks bad for this one to be that empty, who ever is running this place needs to be fired and bring someone else from a big city, BTW MOST employees at this location look like they might be over eating everything that they're supposed to be overgiving to the few customers.

The app did not reflect the actual add ons at the store . Drinks got mixed up , free guacamole , and double ranches were not on online order. We asked but walked out empty ✋️

The staff but specially the 2 female employees working in the front there on 07/21/25 at 5 PM provided a great service. The food was really good, they were fast and had a great customer Service. They should be recognized

Food is great but Chipotle has went beyond ridiculous on their pricing. Luckily this time it was 18 for a bowl. Last time was 29. Price is with a bottle coke

The food was ok, not great, but the restaurant was disgusting. Nothing was clean. The tables were dirty, the trash was piled up, and the server had a very bad attitude. They served my friend a burrito in a cold, unappetizing tortilla. Yuck! The only reason we stayed was because we were starving. We will not be going back to this location. Management needs to step in and get this place cleaned up and do some firing and hiring.

Thought I'd give it a try. Paid $16 for a salad bowl with 6 small strips of beef fajita. This was a mobile order. I was told it's better to not do online as they serve less for an online order (a theory) but the line seemed to take awhile, it would have been a long wait. Place was swamped and messy (when I had gone). Not sure how it is now but I wouldn't go back.
