I only started eating chipotle about a year ago when my son brought it home. I was immediately hooked! I absolutely love the freshness of all the ingredients. I haven't tried the wraps (not a fan) but the bowls are amazing!Parking: Getting in and out of the parking lot is a bit difficult at times.

Very disappointed with this location I'll rather drive 15 miles to the Harlingen location. Manager and food employees don't know customer service. The order came out wrong as well and they didn't own their mistake. No good ambience. Won't be back.

Got my order through doordash under my husbands name and this sucks buying food that you cant eat cause the poured way to much hot red sauce on my bowl to where its unedible for the price chipotle is . The person who made my bowl poured way way to much sauce where was they mad. all i gotta say is i ordered white rice and its looks like brown cause of how much red sauce it has in it. Just be mindful that we pay alot for ur bowls be mindful on how much hot sauce your employees add. Makes me never want to order door dash from there never again. Its torture eating this and at work for lunch and cant go back to replace it to something better. Just mad ! dont order online get it there to see how they make it instead

Prices have really gone up at Chipotle. I paid 30% more than 6 months ago. Not sure it is across all stores or just this one. Best take out ever. Tastes great and very nutritional.Vegetarian options: Veggie bowl to go. Can't beat it.

While I really wanted to leave a good review because I tend to like chipotle, I am afraid that is not the case for this location. I ordered my food for pick up in the chipotlelane, which was supposed to be ready at 12:15 however the workers were not attending the car in front of me, I waited for almost 20 minutes before I decided to get off and just get the order myself. Getting off the place was not super packed, so there was no reason to make the pickup lane wait so long. The location is new so everything still looks new and clean. Once I received my order it was not done right, I ordered the veggie bowl which comes with guacamole included, however my bowl did not have any. No utensils or napkins were included in my bag even tho i checked it off on my order. I am very disappointed with the service received at this time.

I just had the most horrible experience at our chipotle in Brownsville Tx . Very poor customer service. Let’s just say I’ll be making the drive to Harlingen Tx if it means getting better service. And actually I’ve never had a problem with management there in Harlingen. Waited all this time for a Chipotle what a disappointment . They need more training and help with stocking food.
This is the worst restaurant in the 20 years of eating at this franchise. Jorge is a horrible manager. Do not let him rip you off by giving you small portions for a $10 bowl. He tried to charge me $7 for rice and cheese.When it is supposed to be two sides. Avoid this location at at cost. Jorge is extremely rude and not knowledgeable. He should be fired because he is missable and it certainly shows.
