Today, 4th of July had not been there for a while. Decided to get a Cake for my dear friend's birthday. . Had told him they have the best cakes. I was terribly disappointed. The Cake was too dry after asking if they are still great & moist. I was told yes. But, No! They are missing ingredients! After paying almost double the amount, I expected to be as before & willing to pay for a good quality made cake, but, Very disappointed. Terrible taste. Sadly, I will not go back. They have changed. Not good anymore.

Never answer the phone and hang up when they actually do I just wanted to ask if they had or Could make a specific cake since my son is disabled and didnt want to do all the commotion of getting in the van drive all the way over there and then they say no…. but we will never know just called to Suspiros shop and they did answer and cake was amazingly delicious please try them you won’t be disappointed

I was in Brownsville for the weekend and decided to stop by and buy a cake. I was so disappointed the bread tasted old and just really dry. I remember this place used to be really good, it’s definitely not the same I purchased an 8in round cake paid $45 I could’ve gotten a way better tasting cake for half the price at HEB.

The cupcakes were delicious, but the filling you placed in the one cupcake revealed a girl was expected. The papers you had from the doctor’s office reveal the baby is a boy. Only one cupcake had the filling. The 11th person to take a bite of their cupcake revealed that pink filling. By that time the anticipation had grown, and there it was. A girl. Minutes later my son-in-law opened the doctor’s report. No, it’s a boy. We all are eagerly waiting my son-in-law and daughter’s baby boy in March, but it surprises me still how your inattention to detail or negligence affected us all. You may think a refund and an electronic apology are enough. I doubt it. I wish you well, but I recommend you redouble your efforts to provide a proper cake to make sure you do not risk ruining someone’s birthday or anniversary or reveal party.

I asked for them to make gender reveal cake and they got it wrong!! How can someone make such a stupid mistake like that, when I gave them the envelope. If you have questions just call!! It was that simple!!

For the amount that was charged for the cake we purchased, you'd think that it would be amazingly moist and amazing. Was very disappointed. The cake was very dry, no moistness to it at all. Seems like it came from a generic box from dollar tree. No longer will I spend 50 dollars for a cake here when I had the best. Big difference between real home baked cakes to this. Wow so disappointing.
