We had such a great experience here. Pizza is good, everything was clean, it didn't have that pizza-arcade smell... you know like the smell of cheesy carpet and ball pit? None of that. I didn't think it was possible for a pizza arcade to not smell like that. They clearly clean thoroughly and often! Management was taking care of her employees and her customers at all times - she had eyes like a hawk! All of the employees were so sweet and seemed to enjoy working there, which I think is also a testament to management. Thank you for helping make our sons birthday party special!Kid-friendliness: Most of the arcade games are sized and geared for smaller children, which is such a bonus. All the kids ages 1-5 were very entertained.

I hosted my sons birthday 12-21-22 best decision ever! The employees were great the food was delicious and my baby had a great time with all the new games!!! And to tell u that I saw someone cleaning the games a lot it was the best ever!!!

We hosted our daughter's birthday party at the establishment, and we loved the atmosphere and service provided. The birthday package was really a great deal. I recommend getting rsvp to determine how many to purchase.I was just concerned about the pizza, which came out burnt. I understand the reason trying to get the food out but not at the cost of burnt crust.

We waited in lobby 10 min to be seated, No one greated us, then we walked in, took another 15 min standing in front desk to order, everybody on brake!!! what happend to Customers come 1st...

I am baffled, perplexed, and appalled. I recently took my daughter to this Chuck E. Cheese establishment, in hopes of rekindling my childhood memories, and making more with my daughter. As I stepped foot into this establishment, I was met with a putrid odor, and that's when I realized that it was the front of the house employee who went by kaydan. Although he did smell bad, he was nice and offered way. As I went further in, I saw how empty the place was. But regardless of the absence of people, every table was dirty. I went to the cashier where I was met with NOBODY for 20 minutes. Then a short stubby lady came and took my order. The order took way too long for the amount of people in the building, and the pizza was not like I remember. As my daughter went to play games, she came running yelling my name. I was startled, and accompanied her to where she wanted me to go. That's when I saw a used. pooped. diaper on the floor, with no employee to pick it up. Overall, the place was a huge letdown. And the person in the Chucky suit barley fit, and took his head off as he was going back into the room.
