The staff is inattentive with the orders, I always get home missing something and when I call back they never answered the phone. They seem like they don't want to be there, and they're rude.

This location on W. Elizabeth, is the best for excellent customer service and fast ordering! I eat here weekly and have tried other locations but the staff here a great and courteous! A+++

Everything was covered in grease so much it ruined my clothes I had to wash my hands ten times and you could see all the grease in the lake

There was grease all over my food I took my food out the bag and grease covered my pants and ruined them brand new the bag was full of grease juice everything is now covered in grease the whole place should be fired and they forgot my macaroni so much grease I'm sitting by the lake and washed my hands and you could literally see the grease in the water

Have recently moved to this area and church’s has come in clutch when I just don’t feel like making anything at home, plus it’s a couple blocks away. The 2 for 4 is a great deal, I hope they don’t take away but perhaps add too it…like mash potatoes or Mac and cheese. I went in about 9pm and the store was clean, not busy so they are taking care of business and not just hanging around. I didn’t go to restroom so I didn’t see if it was clean there. The sandwich was good but the patty looks thinner than I remember and the boneless wings are so good but almost like popcorn chicken. But the tenderness, warm, and succulent flavor of the chicken was second to none. I prefer church’s over other chicken places in town. Really like the variety and taste of the food. The only thing I do not get are drinks because the price difference adding a drink is like ouch. So I always take out and eat at home with a drink.

Several occasions during dinner rush, they never have spicy. Otherwise, food has been good. And, they messed up removing the corn on the cob, now that's a big No! Now they have corn in the cup!

This place is a freaking joke! Placed and order in door dash and was told it was ready at 6:17 waited 30 min. Absolutely ridiculous. Terrible service.

This place constantly runs out of chicken they also charged me 16 dollars for a 3 piece with a side of fries and then they didn’t have the fries so they gave me mashed potatoes when I got home after waiting a hour for them to make chicken they only gave me 2 pieces of chicken so I paid 16bucks for two pieces of chicken and a small mashed potatoes . Incompetent staff.
