such an unprofessional staff, they told me it be 20 minutes to get my food and told me to wait in the parking lot, after a while i get off because they’re about to close so i go to the door and ask a girl if my order was ready and she goes to ask some guy and the guy said “ no todavia no esta” and the girl is like well shes at the door and the guy is like “pos dile que se valla”.

Bought some chicken today. It was all breaded pride hardly any chicken. The chicken has gotten super small not the same churches fried chicken I eat in Brownsville back in 1969 on Elizabeth Street the first one they ever had in Brownsville.

Waiting in the drive thru for 25 minutes, late for work. Saw food passed to a car in front of me then after a few minutes the car passed the food back through the window. Did I get fresh fried chicken or touched, licked and sniffed with nose hairs in the crunchy coating by the patrons in front of me?Cars behind me, couldn't escape. Terrible process needs evaluation and employees need training.Please if you want to have a restraunt then step it up to a professional standard.

Reason for a three star is because they never have spicy chicken available always have to wait 15-20 minutes for it or settle for whatever is available ugh.

The store itself is in bad condition. Water is leaking from the light fixtures. They even have signs on table telling people not to sit there because of the dripping water from the ceiling. I felt bad for the employees because I think there might be a mold problem. In one of the pictures I took, you can see the water has collected inside the light fixture. The food was good, but I'm worried if there is mold growing above the false ceiling.
