I just ate at this CiCi’s Pizza location, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The pizza was cold, dry, and had a pasty taste—far from the fresh, flavorful food I remember loving as a kid. CiCi’s has always held a special place in my heart; it was the first pizza restaurant I ever went to, and I’ve had great memories there growing up.

While the staff here were very kind and welcoming (which I genuinely appreciate), it’s clear that this particular store doesn’t prioritize quality food. The pizza just wasn’t good at all, and based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend anyone eat at this location. Sadly, it’s not worth it.

Sadly they need more help, I am sure it is hard to get workers like most low end jobs. The staff did a good job but they were overwhelmed with the amount of customers. It was very difficult to get anything you wanted, you just had to get whatever was available because as soon as the pizzas were set out they were pretty much gone.

5 🌟 rating as compared to other similar places, not as compared to a fine dining establishment.
IMHO, their buffet (offered all day long, not just at lunchtime) is one of the best deals around if you like salad and pizza. They stand by their offer to make you your favorite pizza if they don't have it out. I'm trying to avoid wheat flour, so I get a flatbread with whatever toppings/specialty I'm in the mood for. The salad bar isn't huge, but it has enough items to make a nice plate up. I find the soup to be waaaaay tooooo salty.
For those that can eat it, they have pastas with 2 different sauces and baked desert items as well.
If you leave here hungry, it's your own fault.

Everything about this place is poor. A lady named Jessica was very rude. Buffet looked dirty, female bathrooms smelled very bad. Places looks dirty as is.

Went for dinner at around 7pm. They didn't have any pizza on the line and were very slow in putting any out. No brownies either. Shout out to the guy picking up the plates. He was on point the whole time.

I got discriminated. I was over charged based on my appearance by paying $8.99. When I asked for 2 adults and a kid. Couple people in the restaurant walked in and without asking for any specials they charge them $4.99. I went back to get reimburse but was told I had to ask for the discount. Poor management

was no fresh pizza on counter buffet: just like deserts were not prepared.

VERY LAZY STAFF at counter!! was no people and all the pizza buffet empty!!

perhaps CiCi's would do better in hiring those that actually comprehend why it is they seek employment... the front counter staff seemed to be more interested in talking and hanging out with groups at table that it took almost an hour to get a plate of Alfredo pasta after three times of asking when it be done.

as for your floor staff, exceptional job in keeping the establishment clean + the drink area ready for service and filled with ice.
