Barely any pizza on buffet. Little kids jumping up and down on air hockey table. Parents letting kids run around and stick fingers in salad part of buffet. Just bad experience this go around.

All doors were lock but sign said open and people were eating inside. No sign of explanation why door were locked. Workers just stared at us or walk away. No one would approaching to say why they were closed.

Must have came in while slow. Me and my wife almost had the entire place to ourselves. Though maintenance guy was working on the games, we like to play air hockey. The gentleman was nice enough to make us personal pizzas. I was just saddened that the guy dropped half my pizza, we waited over a half hour for the other half of the pizza but he didnt come back. The pizza was good, the fact you can order a personal pizza and have it freshly made is good, the salad bar is amazing, deserts could be expanded on, but the Cinnabon rolls are addictive when fresh. I definitely recommend, will go again, will just have to be more attentative for the pizza said to be sent your way.

Very good price and delicious pizza. If the pizza you like is not on the buffet they will make it for you. 😊 Very very pleased.

I just ate at this CiCi’s Pizza location, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The pizza was cold, dry, and had a pasty taste—far from the fresh, flavorful food I remember loving as a kid. CiCi’s has always held a special place in my heart; it was the first pizza restaurant I ever went to, and I’ve had great memories there growing up.

While the staff here were very kind and welcoming (which I genuinely appreciate), it’s clear that this particular store doesn’t prioritize quality food. The pizza just wasn’t good at all, and based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend anyone eat at this location. Sadly, it’s not worth it.

Sadly they need more help, I am sure it is hard to get workers like most low end jobs. The staff did a good job but they were overwhelmed with the amount of customers. It was very difficult to get anything you wanted, you just had to get whatever was available because as soon as the pizzas were set out they were pretty much gone.

5 🌟 rating as compared to other similar places, not as compared to a fine dining establishment.
IMHO, their buffet (offered all day long, not just at lunchtime) is one of the best deals around if you like salad and pizza. They stand by their offer to make you your favorite pizza if they don't have it out. I'm trying to avoid wheat flour, so I get a flatbread with whatever toppings/specialty I'm in the mood for. The salad bar isn't huge, but it has enough items to make a nice plate up. I find the soup to be waaaaay tooooo salty.
For those that can eat it, they have pastas with 2 different sauces and baked desert items as well.
If you leave here hungry, it's your own fault.

Dietary restrictions: I wish they had a gluten-free crust available.

$12.75 total for buffet with drink. Not worth it. They only have 5 types of pizza and 2 Desert options.
