Arriving to the place, we saw a small amount of crowd.It took 5 minutes for people to charge us. I could see in the kitchen people laughing and joking around. A child ran to the back area, I assumed was a child of one of the workers.I asked to order a specialty pizza and they took my order which was never came out. After waiting 30 minutes, I asked for my order. A worker said that it had come out but they didn’t know the name of the order so they were going to try to make another one. I was with 2 other people and we all kept looking out for my pizza. I ended up telling them to not make it again mainly due to the fact that I was about to leave and saw no point in making it again.The workers in the back could be heard arguing with each other about making a pizza, where’s my pizza, and if nobody knew how to cut a pizza. The salad had empty or very little for a serving. The Alfredo sauce appeared grey and old. No one came to pick up our plates from our table. While waiting for my pizza. A worker was on her phone in the back talking to customers I could only assume were friends of her. She kept looking back and shouting orders to the person behind the counter so it didn’t appear as if she was on break.

The staff was very friendly and the place was clean, the taste of the cheese on the pizzas was horrible, I am a fan of pizza and this was by far my worst disappointment since about 4 years ago it was my favorite place. They no longer have a variety of games.

Food was cold, so I ordered to make a fresh pizza. It was not tasty. Soup was very salty. At least when they making the soup needs to taste it before serving.There is no price list in the billing area. I don’t know why they are charged me $6.99 for each kids buffet. Everywhere $5.99 including the drinks for kids buffet.Also I noticed that in the drink section Lemonade was not available, then I took sprite from the machine and taste it. It was not a sprite. Just a plain soda. I told this matter to one of the employee and he told me Sprite flavors are out of stock. Two mains drinks are not available (Lemonade and Sprite)I don’t like any other sodas.Then I don’t know why they are charged me for sodas.If it’s out of stock as a customer should be needs to tell us before charging me or need to serve bottled sodas. This place is horrible.When I was eating one of the Hispanic lady came to this restaurant and selling her own masala fruits to the Cicis customers. She asked me to buy her fruits pack. That Hispanic lady is not an employee for Cicis but by the way of talking I understand she knows all this Cicis employees well. I don’t think Cicis chain service is allowing these type of selling inside the restaurant.

My mom came in after a long day and ordered two different kinds of pizza, mine was supposed to be extra pepperoni and extra cheese, they brought our pizza as a half and half, when I told the manager I asked for my own pizza she argued with me about it! She was rude and then was in the back making fun of us, she was unprofessional, and disrespectful!! I took pictures of the nasty pizza they served me..

The Bathroom is Hazardous. It was not even close to being regular bad. This was Hazardous urine/Ammonia was so strong you couldn't it burned to breathe. Employees use this Bathroom and touch food? I'm not Squamish but this took the cake!
Place made a small upgrade to the play area. Always live the pizza here when I'm craving all kinds of pizza.

I brought the my family here and there was hardly any choices. I had to special order pizza.There were no napkins neither.The place was soooo dirty.There were pieces of bread and pizza on the floor The tables were not even clean.We didn't enjoy our pizza because we just wanted to leave.
