“Today I walked into Cold Stone. It was a busy day, and there were many customers, but the staff remained patient, prepared, and happy to serve us with smiles on their faces. The one who served me was a young man named Oscar. He seemed genuinely happy to be there—ready to work, willing to help, and full of kindness and empathy. I wish more people in the service industry were like him. If any management positions open up, I truly hope he is seriously considered as a strong candidate. I’ll definitely be coming back because of the atmosphere he and his coworkers created today. God bless.“

“My daughter’s birthday cake has been made here since she was born. Even my baby shower cake was an exact replica of what we get her every year. It’s become a tradition. I was a bit skeptical when I heard there was a new owner, but the taste and quality that Linda’s is known for, is still very much in the desserts. The new owner is so kind, and has updated quite a few things, and the hard work shows. I’m very, very happy that we get to continue my family tradition with amazing cakes!!!“
