It was clean but very cold inside, AC was cranked up and thermostat was set too low. Customers were complaining. Service was friendly and fast but food was mediocre, at best. Order beltbusters and meat was warm, not just off the grill hot. Disappointing meal.

We brought in a large church group for blizzards (29 to be exact) and the service was amazing. The employee who helped us was excellent. She said she’d been there 5 years. She got the order perfectly correct and in a timely fashion. She personally made all of the blizzards and brought them to us. Wish I could remember her name for a shout out 🙌🏼

I have tried their food multiple times and have never been satisfied with what I received. The blizzards are great and pretty much the only thing that we ever get from dairy Queen. But the customer service is not the best, on our last visit, we waited somewhere between 15 and 20 minutes to get our blizzards.

Went to DQ for my break from work. Went thru drive-thru. Only two cars in the lane. They moved me to the parking lot. Another car pulled next to me. They were taking forever to bring my food. Went thru drive thru again and told them about my order. Guy said they had taking it to me after a while. Wasted my whole break waiting around. Food got cold with fries and had to eat it cold.

Great, taste great Food always fresh. My only complaint is every time I order a bacon cheeseburger. I only get one slice of bacon in my burger. It should at least that a minimum have two.
I LOVE THE CHILI FRIES. I always get them. I ordered on the drive thru, got home. and when I sat down to eat after an 8 hour shift I noticed there was so little in the box 😭 and I notice because I honesly do eat this a lot but from a different location, this one is closer to my home. I just got a lil disappointed, doesn't look like the picture, I saw so much space, I finished in 4 bites and I'm 4'10... Besides that, I love the menu!

Ordered a mini Oreo blizzard which I paid extra for but lacking the Oreo bits. asked if I could have more and the manager said no because it’s “measured”. Lack of customer service. After making a $30+ purchase they weren’t able to remake the blizzard or offer a bit more of extra Oreo bits.

This place e is always clean. There are plenty of booths and tables. Watch out for the men’s restroom sink faucet. It will spray down a 3 alarm fire. Food is always hot and fresh made.

I have visited other establishments of the same dq company of which I was delighted, believing that I was going to do the same and go to this dq but it was the opposite when I was asking for my order I asked the assistant which blisser the one from the Lopez school was, she didn't know I only said this and I asked him several times to give me the sweets that blizzert was carrying but no he never told me, if it wasn't for a young woman from that same school who told me he was carrying, that's how I found out about the knowledge when I asked for it late. It took more than 45 minutes for my order, when I took it the same assistant just threw it on the table and didn't even give it to me, which is why I asked her to speak to her area supervisor, she never gave me the number of either the superior or her The manager only told me that if I wanted to make a complaint that I should refer to her, which I didn't say anything about, I am very disappointed in that store. I never thought they would treat me like that. I would never return to that store and this happens at around 8:00 pm. the night "miss assistant if you don't like your job don't go but don't treat people reluctantly

A lot of fast food chains are shrinking the size of their hamburgers except for Dairy Queen, the hunger buster is still hearty and made fresh to order, then of course a dilly bar to make the meal perfect ?❤️
