I can’t believe what they did to me, I’m shocked. I ordered a dipped cone, banana split and a miniature blizzard through the drive through. Lady was literally mad that she was working. When she brought the order she gave us the blizzard and a cone that was not dipped. She closed the window on us and she brought us back the banana split gave it to us and I told her that I had ordered a dipped cone. She proceeded to tell me I had not paid for it. I told her that I paid what she charged me for. I told her that I wanted it dipped. She took the cone back took 10 min to bring a dipped cone. I could not even say thank you because she shut the window on us. I then bit my cone and everything came running out , it was literally all watered out. I was mad already. She did not give us napkins or spoons or my receipt. We stayed there honking and several workers would come to the window and we keeped asking for the girl who had services us. She finally came back and atomically asked for her name and my receipt, she took a while to bring it to me but I waited. When I got home I tried doing the receipt survey but I keeped getting a message saying that the survey had already been done. So someone or her did my receipt survey at Dairy Queen. This will not stay like this. You don’t treat people like that. I’m calling customer service and posting on all my social media platforms not yo mention google reviews. This was extremely rude, careless and so much more that I won’t say because I’m not like her. Make no mistake I will be heard.

They forgot about us. Got there at 9ish (store closes at 10) ordered, they brought some of our food and then they forgot about us. Went to see what was taking them so long, one of the employees saw me but continues talking to her coworker. Ended getting the rest of the food when half of our party was done eating. Then they bring us ice cream that belonged to another family. SMH. They need to work on customer service.

It was that free ice cream day and I ordered a burger. The burger was so dry and mid, I'd rather go to any other DQ but this one for food. The ice creams are always good though.

I ordered chicken tenders with an extra white gravy, I ordered it to go, as I pick up my order and go home, I opened my meal to see no extra white gravy which is fine I guess since I double checked my recipe and I didn’t see an additional charge. But as I opened the container of white gravy I see about one tablespoon of gravy which is less than half of the container and I double check to see if the gravy spilled inside the box and nope. I called and see what could be done about since I traveled about 15 minutes for this. And the manager Jordan I believe, I just kindly asked to speak with the manager and I just heard a woman with the attitude of a teenager said I am the manager as if she has the upper hand , it was so weird. I’ve never seen an unprofessional manager like this in a long while. I was just offered a gravy with fries. For another day since I was already home with my food. I don’t order the meal for fries and I didn’t need the gravy to eat with fries the cashier was really nice it’s the manager that has an attitude I wish I could record the phone call. At no time was I rude and at no time should she have an attitude because they messed up. The food was average and my food got cold.
