Took my grandparents for some ice cream and when I tried to get my free ice cream popsicle from a survey I did online on the Dairy Queen website, she wouldn't accept it. Wanted to see my receipt.. don't have one and no where on the website does it say I require to have one to claim it. She then proceeds to say that she won't accept it without proof of purchase and alludes to her thinking it maybe fake. She was rude, disrespectful and would not show me where it says I need a receipt from a week ago in order to claim an ice cream popsicle. On top of that.. the place was dirty, napkin holders empty and overall horrible customer service and experience.

Actually this Dairy queen is the best one I've been to. Everytime I come and order weather inside or drive thru my meal is always HOT and I live the fact that I don't get my burger cold. I appreciate the cooks in taking pride in what they do and and make them as they would for themselves . So thank you Dairy Queen Cooks and staff for your awesome work. Loves my steak strips and sorry for pic of burger half eaten but was and is delish. I recommend this location anytime ?

Ordered 3#4's , one #8 and 2 4 PC chicken strips combos and was charged for 3 4 PC chicken strips combos , went and told cashierJoAnn and was all mad as if it was my fault just walked away from me and another person assuming manager and voided my purchase and had to recharge for right order but they continue having bad attitude and bad service. Asked to some of the combos not have onions and pickles and all were in them , what's the point of saying how we want them if they're going to be all thee way!! I mean I wasn't asking for anything was only a customer.
