Went in to get a meal and came out buying a cake. Employees were helpful and enthusiastic about helping us place our cake order. We had many questions and we got an answer for all of them. Great service, food, and ice cream! Best DQ in Brownsville. Shoutout to Vee 🙌

I normally purchase at a different location, but stopped here on my way home. The customer service of the cashier was bad taking my order with a bad attitude and made me feel unwelcomed. The burger was dry and fries were cold.

Have to change my review. Food that I paid for was not included in the bag, what was included was cold, and nobody answered the phone, even after 5 calls to your place and another call to the place on Central and Boca Chica.

I ordered a cake online today for a special occasion; it may not mean anything to the employee that I spoke to on the phone, but it was a special day for my team. The app doesn't give us the option to add a message on the cake so I called immediately after paying for cake online. I asked the woman over the phone if they could please write a message on the cake for me, as I was not going to be able to pick up the cake myself. She was polite and said of course, asked what color I wanted it in and assured me it would get done. I sent someone for the cake and there was no message. This was at 10AM, the restaurant had just opened. I understand we get busy, but this was something so simple, and customer satisfaction should come first. Disappointing, PRICE RD DQ.
