I ordered a cake online today for a special occasion; it may not mean anything to the employee that I spoke to on the phone, but it was a special day for my team. The app doesn't give us the option to add a message on the cake so I called immediately after paying for cake online. I asked the woman over the phone if they could please write a message on the cake for me, as I was not going to be able to pick up the cake myself. She was polite and said of course, asked what color I wanted it in and assured me it would get done. I sent someone for the cake and there was no message. This was at 10AM, the restaurant had just opened. I understand we get busy, but this was something so simple, and customer satisfaction should come first. Disappointing, PRICE RD DQ.

11•27•24 again came on my lunch our and great service in the afternoons in the evening not that good. Meaning the cooks they over cooked burgers and taste very dry or reheated meat you can taste the difference between reheated and fresh. But the afternoon weekdays are good. Thx for my finger steaks.
11•16•24 came lunch time very good lunch, staff very hospitable and very quick to serve. My basket of steak sticks was very good and hot, not ready delish. For having lunch here on my own was nice, quiet, and peaceful. Will come back and have a different meal.
I love the Dairy Queen on Price Rd, the food and snow are always very delicious.

I ordered online 1 hour ahead curbside got there went thru drive thru picked up my order and left guess they made it before hand it was all water based melted butterfinger don't go and waste your money

Takes too long to give food waited an hour just to get 2 orders of burgers. Not only that but they also give us a blizzard all melted and they didnt even flip it. Worker walked away immediatly after giving us the blizzard so we couldn't even say anything about it.

Ordered the chicken strips to my surprise they were a small piece of chicken, small amount of fries and the bread is no longer texas favorite. Food was good but disappointed that sizes were modified
