My husband & I came to eat brunch w/my in law. It’s a beautiful place. Love the atmosphere & it’s presentable.Food: The flour tortilla w/barbacoa was ok. My husband & in law ordered the menudo & they said it was delicious. ?Service: could improve. I don’t like the fact that they take your order, then not ask if we need something after we are eating. We gotta look for the waitress to get coffee refilled, other utensils.. ect..We might come back bt doubt it.

I wanted an item that they only have on certain days but decided to buy quesadilla and an Agua Fresca instead. When I went to pay , the what looked to be a manager or owner, ignored me the whole payment process put the machine in front of me so I can make my payment and was correcting the waitress on how to write down orders. Bad experience.

However good the food is, in my opinion does not excuse the fact that the service is horrible. Tried calling various times to place my order to avoid waiting and there was no answer. Even called while I was waiting for my order and saw that the employees ignored the phone. When I was finally able to place my order they let me know that there were orders ahead of me from online ordering -a platform that is unable to find when googling the restaurant and looking at their Facebook. Maybe will consider going back in the far future when they've seemed to fix the issues.

Food was really good but service is really bad and slow, they have 1 waiter for all tables and i've been there twice and it's the same thing. Besides the good food would recommend to take the food to go. We were patiently waiting and they forgot little things we asked for. Very unsatisfied.
