This is a great place to eat with good atmosphere, good service, and a variety of seating options. I've sat indoors and outdoors here and had a great experience each time. They have unique pizzas (just be aware they are wood-fired and have crust typical of that style). I've had the scampi pizza (made with actual gulf shrimp!) and the chorizo pizza and both were delicious. We've also had the Meat and Cheese plate (very generously sized) and Grandma's Meatballs (not as generously sized) for appetizers. The cheesecake for dessert was also good.Each time, the server suggested a good wine pairing with the food. This is a plus, and I thought the suggestions worked out pretty well.If you're in downtown Brownsville, or in the RGV in general, I would seek this place out.

This is pizza perfection! There is nothing better (especially late at night). Great atmosphere, their service was great our waitress was very attentive.They also had a good selection of wines. Can't wait to return! I highly recommend!

Outdoor dining was a nice relaxed atmosphere. I definitely have returned. The Grilled Caesar Salad was different and uniquely flavorful. Definitely recommend the MIA MARGHERITA, CARLITO , SWEET STING, and the BRAVADO. The wine is a perfect pairing taste to the pizza. Service was well-timed and friendly.

Went for first Friday. Sat outside in the courtyard and listened to some live jazz music. Our server Kelsey was fantastic! Made some wine suggestions and everything was delicious! Thank you!

Stopped in here on my RGV trip based on Yelp reviews. Did not disappoint. Classy place. Very friendly staff. Nice wine selection. Pizza was top notch. The tiramisu ladyfingers were crunchy instead of soaked in espresso , which was a bit off putting. I’d pass on that one but would definitely come back here again. A nice find in the urban core of Brownsville.

Service was a little slow but the food was fantastic!Vegetarian options: Had multiple options that were vegetarian and there were vegan versions of most, if not all the pizzas

Wow! Unbelievably delicious pizza yes, but SO MUCH MORE! Also loved the arugula salad with blackened shrimp! And the garden is a hidden paradise. Old world charm; perfect dishes, elegant yet comfortable and unpretentious. If ever there was a reason to visit the old downtown area this is it. Special occasions or just a special night out. Reasonable prices for such an unforgettable experience.

Eating at Dodici is always a pleasure. as you approach the front door, the staff will open the door and welcome you in the staff is always very friendly, helpful and cheerful. The food is so so delicious. I've never had a bad experience at Dodici.

If you don't eat ouside, you miss a lot. The patio is just so nice. Pizzas are good and above averege. The place is nice. The waiters overwhelmed would make mistakes and/or make you wait.
