Garbage service waited 30 minutes for a few wake up wraps and they helped the whole lobby and had their orders out before I had to request a refund even though I placed the order online 10 minutes before even showing up. This place really needs to fire whoever runs it and hire someone that can actually do a good job. Hopefully Starbucks will run them before we know it and someone else will put a new dunkin

I mobile ordered my drink to pick up in store but the lobby was closed. I was able to get the attention of an employee through the window but they just said I had to go through the drive thru. I already paid for my drink so I had to wait 30 mins in the drive thru. When I finally got to the ordering screen, they said they didn’t have the drink I want. Mind you, it let me order it on the app. I wish they just turned off the option to pick up mobile orders inside, I wouldn’t have come by if they did that.

Consistently inconsistent. Today, I ordered coffee for pickup 30 minutes in advance and when I got to the store it still eas not ready. They made me hot latte but it was physically cold to the touch. I asked to please heat it up a bit. It was remade and they gave me a small Instead of the large I paid for. I dodnt have time to wait and just left with the small.
Yesterday I went there and they gave me a latte with no espresso and just steamed milk... I'm genuinely not a picky person I just want a hot latte.

I just waited 20 minutes for my matcha just to get the wrong order!!! I got a matcha with foam? And absolutely no vanilla that I asked for! Horrible.

I dont even drink coffe but I tried purchasing some coffee for a meeting I had.. not only do this kids take 1 hour to fulfill the order by the time I got the 2 boxes of joe the coffe wasn't even hot anymore.. they dont even have donuts given them an easier job just focusing on coffee and they cant even do that correctly

Why are the guys so much nicer then the girls?! I had my order taken by this guy in the front wearing a black religious hoodie, he was really sweet and recommended a couple of options, when he made my order it came out really well. On the other hand, I had this tall blonde lady take my order in the drive thru, she was giving me attitude and I didn't like it at all. So if you go to this Dunkin. Have a guy take your order, because the ladies are not it.

I will say the things they had in common were the quality of service, the workers were very friendly, and the drinks were really good. I also tried a bagel and really enjoyed it. The first time, everything came out pretty quickly even though there was other people there. The second time, it took way longer. We sat ordering on the app for a little bit but it took about 15 minutes to get my bagel? I’m not entirely sure why it took so long, I get there is drive thru customers, but the wait really didn’t make sense to me at all. It didn’t seem like the guy who was supposed to be making my bagel was doing much either except pacing around. So, I guess it’s hit or miss. The drinks are always very yummy though, and I was a fan of the Sabrina carpenter one. Also, their doughnuts are good, but unfortunately pretty small. 🤷♀️

Always an issue when I go there, on top of bad service, the order is always wrong!! We won't be going anymore, and it's sad because I love dunkins, just not that one, the one on boca Chica is horrible

Got my order taken by Laura lol. Listen, I used to work at a Dunkin’ I get it, it’s not for everyone and that’s fine. But when I ask you for a donut that is sold at Dunkin’ locations and you give me a disgusted face? Get a new job. You do not need to be in customer service. You do not have the look or the attitude to be customer-facing. I asked for a Sour cream donut, which is sold at majority of locations. It is a classic donut. I had to direct her to the specific location on the rack to inquire if it was the Sour cream donut or not (it was blueberry which is fine, just say that next time). On top of that she mumbled every word she said and then acted like it was somehow my issue that she doesn’t know how to use her big girl words.
Additionally, the loaves they have at the register to be sold (looked like red velvet) were expired by 2 days and had not been swapped out at the time of this review- 7/5/25.
The guy who made my donut box was great, I hope he has an excellent day.

Recommend the dragonfruit dream refresher with oatmilk and cold foam and mango pineapple refresher with lemonade. Had to wait 25 min to get 2 plain bagels because staff forgot to make them even though they were kindly reminded two time. There was also alot of laughing and joking coming from the kitchen/window area. I have no problem with enjoying your job just be professional. But otherwise the drinks and donuts were fresh and fluffy. They did give us 4 free donuts for the wait.
