Restroom was very dirty Needs cleaning The restaurant also needed some cleaningThere was no customers and the Cashier seemed annoyed rushing us not answering our questions She kept telling my daughter she needed to speak up and made faces I nicely asked her some questions about some items before ordering she was very rude kept making faces The glazed donut holes were very cold and had no glaze super dry The glazed chocolate donut was also very cold and hard Don't think we will go into that store again We were treated very poorly

By 6pm they always only have a minimum of donuts and don’t bother to make more considering they close at 10pm. I’m not one to leave bad reviews but it’s become really annoying to come to the only dunkin in my hometown and for them to disappoint like that for so long!

Absolutely always gets an order wrong. You always have to expect something to come out wrong. Hot coffee is always lukewarm. Service is horrible. The atmosphere is bad. You would think the person who opened this store is trying to launder money with how poorly kept this location is.

all I can say is that out of 30 orders placed in this establishment, 2 might have been exactly as ordered. everyone is on their damn phone and not paying attention. who runs it? did y'all not have options for management? its ridiculous!

They cant even get a dozen of regular glazed donuts right if i wanted mix donuts I would of asked for them
