Came un for lunch AND my whole hour went by AND they never served my food. This place is not worth recommending to anyone. Also, their staff were very rude when I asked for my food in several occasions, very bad service.

So we ordered the big taco platter because hey the food is good but man they dropped the ball once we got back home n started to eat they gave us a small bag with forks salt & pepper n did no put any kind of salsa on the side we were really disappointed ? and couldn't enjoy the rest of our food and that killed the whole mood so next time if I'm paying alot on food please provide all the main items for it ESPECIALLY SALSA!

I've been a lifelong customer of easy to go. Came to Brownsville for a visit. The flautas at this place were some of the worst I ever had. I really dont care that you want to nickel and dime me for the crema and salsa if the salsa was worth it. The cueritos also tasted awful. Huge disappointment.

Recently service has declined in quality. We tried on one occasion to call for an order and nobody answered. When I get to the place you can here the phone ringing and nobody answers. I think they are also having trouble with their equipment because twice I have wanted to check on my rewards and system is down.

Lemonade tasted bad not fresh at all tasted like bad lemon peels acidity I threw it away also had too much sugar The flautas tasted sour really nasty Like it they have been kept in thy freezer for months possibly rotten nasty tortillas The meat was really bad I felt like throwing up only ate a couple I was super hungry on my lunch hour I threw them away too Paid for sour cream it looked like cottage cheese and the cueritos were super soggy falling apart The place needs a clean up disinfecting The restroom was dirty smelled really bad
