Worst experience ever, order in Uber Eats the order was lost and uber cancelled , paid a new order and the restaurant and the owner decided no to send it I was waiting for over 2 hours and paid twice and they decided to not send me my order y went to the restaurant and they even decided to say they will not give me what I paid. If the restaurant can make business with uber . Then don’t offer the service they stated they have no management and they didn’t care about my gas time , customer or anything. Do not buy drum them and less try to get something send to your house

Avoid this place if you can. Ordered a mixed parrillada and the portions were small and the ribs smelled like they were spoiled. Also, make sure you check your account if you pay with a credit card because they charged me twice and I never got my money back because I was told I had to talk to the owner…. The owner is never there and every time I tried to go in to get a refund they never would. That’s literally theft and I should have reported this to the authorities…

Ordered 3 orders of bistek tacos. All 3 orders had over fried tortillas, very crispy and hard. All 3 orders had very little to no toppings (queso, cebolla, cilantro). Cebolla asada was burnt, tasted and smelt so bad. I called to get help from the restaurant and the lady that answered said she couldn't help me unless I returned all of the food, which I couldn't since it was delivered by UberEats, or for me to take photos of everything. The only thing is we had already cut up our own cilantro and shredded our own queso fresco to try and make the best of the tacos since my children/family were hungry. My family and I are so disappointed in this restaurant and their food, and for not getting any help from them.

Bought a mixed parrillada for 6, and everything tasted reheated. The chicken was dry and had a weird taste to it, as if it was old chicken. The rib meat was rough. Not only can you tell by the taste of the food but also by the fact that there isn't any smoke or grills turned on. Next time, I'll just stick to the better known restaurants. Everyone at home was dissatisfied, and they kept asking why didn't you just go to Bigo's. You try to give other restaurants some business, and they mess it up. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT
