Place wasn't what i expected, it's ok. Food is also ok, nothing wow. It took several minutes before I was even given a menu. Then I get my food and no utensils. The waitress talks to you like she is in a hurry to do other things. I understand food service since I worked in the industry for several yrs when I was young, so to me they could do better. Overall they get 3 stars which here in Brownsville is pretty much average for restaurants here. I would come back and hopefully...
Their breakfast is reasonably priced and tastes homemade. Their flour tortillas remind me of the tortillas my mom used to make from scratch. The salsa is also very tasty. Not too spicy. Everyone I've taken to El Charrito has enjoyed their meal.
The food is delicious the customer service was amazing ! The waitress Vero was so sweet and accommodating she was so helpful when my grandpa was in the hospital I will always appreciate it Gracias Vero❤️
