They served me EXPIRED CHICKEN and I returned the plate immediately and was still charged for the plate 4$ instead of doing the right thing and take it off completely. I'm never coming back here again

Great mom & pop restaurants are disappearing in Brownsville & being replaced by national chains. This is one of the few & best remaining establishments. Food is excellent, service is great. Highly recommend it. I especially like the American enchiladas. They are superb.

Worst place ever. Super crowded one wrong move and you’re joining the table next to you . Literally touching elbows with the table next to you. Drinks are made with tap water, the food I ordered was horrible. my waiter was super nice though.
Their breakfast and lunch buffets are so delicious. When you order off the menu, all food is freshly prepared with great seasoning.

Went with my elderly parents today. Got sat and all. All through our “meal” they didn’t bother to treat us with the chips and salsa as how everyone else did. My carne guisada plate was full of huge chunks of meat, the least they could do is cut them properly to the correct size as it should be. My mother needed refill and so did my father and not once did the server come to refill. I had to ask for my sons highchair twice as well. I know it’s a busy restaurant, however all clients should be treated equally. Never again will I give this restaurant another chance.
