Bad service ! Their hours of operation read 10:30am-10pm. They close way before the established time. People were still in the lobby eating and ordering.

***Aug 11, 2025.Not ever coming back to the Brownsville store. 2 times in a row it was horrible. What little chicken was in my two $5 tacos was undercooked and full of gristle, plus they were soggy and bland. The green salsa was watery and the 2nd bag of chips I ordered was still way too brown/overcooked and greasy. My hubby's Guacamole Burrito was also soggy, underfilled and gross. The restaurant needs better upkeep and better management. Probably won't make it if things don't improve fast. I heard 2 other customers out of 3 complaining, too. We like the McAllen/Pharr locations.

Where you order the food there is a sewer smell that needs to be fixed. Looks like a clean out. The lid is not secured properly.

Was at this location today, excited to try fresh chicken. Instead, 2 minutes after we arrived we got our order, and the chicken was old and looked yellow. Spoke with the manager to complain about it and his response was sorry! Never going back to this location again.

Really bad customer service from 2 workers helping in the drive-thru. The person that I was with in the car mistakingly ordered a double pollo street corn bowl (the one with the salad). At the window, BEFORE paying, I asked nicely for them to repeat the order. I corrected that it was a regular street corn pollo bowl and proceeded to pay. When I received my food, I notice itâs just the original pollo bowl. Cashier Yuritza didnât allow us to even speak up about them giving the order wrong and slammed shut the window on our face.
