Extremely rude. Rushing us while we were ordering and kept interrupting. When they brought the order the worker had a huge attitude and just stared at me with the rudest look. I use my manners no matter what so I still told him thank you, and have a good night but he just smirked and walked away.
EPL Fired grilled chicken is freaking amazing. Perfectly grilled chicken and the citrus marinade is awesome. The Pollo bowl combo is also freaking super good and a good deal. The rice, beans & chopped chicken is fantastic and it will fill you up. Furthermore, the customer service is also outstanding! 5 Stars all the way around.
The best place to eat fresh chicken. They deliver it to you very hot and it is super delicious, the meat is very juicy and soft. The waiting time is not that long and it is worth it. The times I have gone I have had good service, and it has the necessary facilities. Super recommended
