The owner or manger whoever he is was very rude. I was a regular since I would work there. Well one time k purchased food , my card was approved and I was given a receipt. 2 weeks passed by , went to the food court. The manger had one of his employees chase me down to tell me my card didn’t go thru that last time I purchased. Mind you instead of being the bigger person and manger he is , he had to send a different employee. Made me pay up to something that was failed on their end and was very unprofessional on how he was talking to me . Never again will i purchase from them. That bald guy needs to be fired .

I loved my ham and suiss croissant ?. Also the pickle was really sour (and not so sweet like in other places) went very well with my croissant. The moka java smoothy a little bit too sweet, but it was delicious ?. All prepared with love, I guess because it was really good.

Poor customer service even from the owner. I understand you may not see a lot of people who are not Spanish or White however as a customer we should all get the same service and greeting. Rude didn't care he was rude and didn't apologize or state he employees or him would do better. But Guess what he took my money ?
When we ordered the cashier was just pointing at stuff not really typing in the order so they got the order wrong. They drench their sandwichs in mayo and to top it off one of the line sandwich makers was playing with the wash cloth waiting on my wrap to toast. He never changed his gloves and management never corrected him.
