Every time we go to I HOP, Kristy, the manager makes sure we get special treatment. Or at least it seems that way because she's always checking if we have what we need. Actually I have noticed that she treats everyone just like she treats us. The servers do a great job as well. Thank you for making us feel special. 😊👍❤️

Today we went and my husband got off for the food with the receipt. He comes back saying the lady did not want to give him the order. I go in myself with the receipt and tell her my name and that I was picking up MY order. She stated I needed to check in the door dash order before I could pick up. I asked her if she was new since I had not seen her before. I let her know I always pick up my order just with the receipt. She calls a manager and i explain I'm not door dashing and repeated my name SEVERAL times. The manager then told her to give me my order. Some ppl just don't use common sense. We always come here and this is the first time we have a problem aside from the fact we waited more than 45 mins for our food. It's disappointing to get such bad costumer service from that hostess so early in the morning. Never again 🙅🏻♀️ the 1 star is for the customer service but the food was great as always ❤️
Vegetarian options: Loved the manager's reaction and customer service as soon as she saw the issue. Just the hostess lacked common sense, friendliness and customer service. Yet she stated she had been working there for 3 years and this is the first time I see her.
Kid-friendliness: Super kid-friendly my daughter loves the smiley pancakes.
Wheelchair accessibility: Very wheelchair accessible.
Thank you for making a Veteran feel uncomfortable. Hope you and the staff never go through what veterans have. Will hope service gets better at this location.
