Mind you, we had gone to Dennys first and the wait was over 40min since it was noon. Yet we were seated under 5 minutes after arriving at IHOP. Our waiter had us enjoying our coffee and tea very quickly and our order was placed all under 10 minutes. I went ahead and tried the new meaty omelet and it was delicious. FYI they have waffles, Overall a great experience, will visit again.

Do not use the App to pay for your ticket when you have split checks. They were not able to refund me the amount that was charged to me on the first ticket. They said they refunded me the ticket and that was false. They credit me the food I ordered the next time I went. But they still owed me the difference. I went the second time and they now had no recollection of the issue. And they would not refund me how much was owed to me.

First of all, our server was great, and she provided great service, but you could tell that the manager or shift lead was on a power trip. I’m pretty sure it was her screaming at the servers and cooks and it just created a hostile environment. Even saw one of the servers crying from how badly they were being treated by management. It just creates a really bad vibe when managers are like that. Another thing, it was obvious the manger loved ordering the workers around instead of taking the initiative to help out her workers because instead of charging us, she made us wait while she called the servers of the people in line. Like come on, everyone was busy and all I saw was her ordering people around instead of just doing it herself. Do better.

The service there at IHOP SUCKS!!!THEY SAT US DOWN AND DIDN'T GET WAITED FOR 15MIN JUST FOR COFFEE BUT ALL WAITERS JUST PASSED US LIKE IF WE WERE INVISIBLE NOT ONE WAITER WAITED ON US.I TOLD THE FRONT PERSON THAT THEY HAD BAD SERVICE AND HE LAUGHED. WE WENT TO DENNY'S AND SERVED US RIGHT AWAY WITH GREAT SERVICE. EVEN THE MANGER FROM DENNY'S WALKS TO EACH TABLE AND ASK IF EVERYTHING IS OK.

The food has been served to us cold or there are some meals missing from the menu. They offered us hot chocolate instead of some milkshakes because they didn't have snow.
In all my IHOP's dining experience. None has been as bad as this experience I had at this one., ..I never got my drink, my wife's salad was brought out after we all finished our meals,waiters we're no real help, until we said we didn't want the salad any more, then a manager came he was polite, but that's always a sure thing after the fact,.

IHOP on Main Street provided an exceptional dining experience during my visit to try the limited-time Willy Wonka menu. Rocco and Sandy's outstanding service, coupled with their thoughtful accommodations, elevated the entire meal. Every item on the menu was a delight, making it a memorable and delicious experience.
