I enjoyed my food, customer service was great, and they even allowed me to buy extra from my original order, without making faces, and I will go again.

Vegetarian options: Jack In the Box offers vegetables, good salad options, and not brown.

Parking: Plenty of parking spaces (8+), readily available away from the street, and clean of trash, debris, too.

Kid-friendliness: My kid's favorite shake is always a plus (Oreo Cookie Shake).

We wanted to order drive through at this location after midnight on Tuesday. When I was trying to order I was asked to wait 7 minutes. The cashier was not able to hear us so we drove to the window. This was an unpleasant experience because the woman at the window rushed us to order and seemed aggressive and agitated. To go into detail she hand signaled us to hurry up by waving her hand out the window. After waiting a long time, we decided to take our business elsewhere due to this disgusting interaction.

If i could give it a zero i would… such horrible service these past fee times i visited but tonight was the ughh i ordered a southwest salas and the forgot the beans, corn and just 3 little strips of chicken and mostly carrots. But i wasn’t going to go back and from here in now we will never order again from this location

They have the grossest vegetables. Everything is ALWAYS soggy, old, wilted, and disgusting. They don't read order notes. You ask for no mustard, your sandwich is SOAKED in mustard. It's really disgusting. May as well drive up the highway to the other jack because you're going to end up sick eating at this one.

I wish there was a way to give a 0 star review you have a horrible staff here. Wrong order took for ever to fix it and no ice on your drinks machine and this is when I remember why I never come to Jack has never been the same since years ago ? I use to eat here very often now they’re only a disappointment.

First off their soda machine has not been working for so long I would believe that it was when I was working in the pandemic that they're soda machine was still not working the food is so so employees that work there are young and seemed to understand what they're doing sometimes depending on the crew but overall I would say that it's okay that soda machine needs to be changed though!
