Asked for a Southwest Salad w grilled chicken with an extra dressing, got a Garden Salad with no extra dressing. Clearly yelled it out at the drive thru, so Idk. Told the drive thru attendant what I exactly ordered, she confirmed and I still got it wrong. ☠️ 🤷 NORMALLY, I never have issues with this JIB.

I feel so sorry for the workers here. No air conditioning in the entire building. 100 degrees in the lobby. Can't imagine what it must feel like in the kitchen area. Shame on corporate for making them work in those conditions.

This is probably the worst location to exist in Brownsville, they never get anything right. They rush you from the beginning of ordering at the drive thru asking if that’s it!? That’s it!? Like no, I’m not done ordering!! Then you get to the window and they want to move you to around the building so you can wait forever meanwhile they’re all just laughing and flirting with each other, you can hear them laughing before they press the mute button. Management needs to step up before I make an official complaint to corporate about this location never being on the ball. Just today I also used their app to avoid the inconvenience of their drive thru and I ordered and got charged and order never got submitted and now they tell me I have to wait 5-7bus days to get my money back, smh.
