I had lunch here recently, and while the meal itself was fine, what happened afterward completely ruined my experience. As I was leaving, I fell right outside the restaurant. What shocked me the most was not the fall itself, but the reaction—or rather, the complete lack of reaction—from the staff. Not a single person came to check if I was okay, offer a hand, or even ask if I needed help. That moment made me feel invisible and uncared for. Accidents happen, but common decency and basic kindness should never be optional. It was disappointing, hurtful, and left me questioning whether this establishment values people at all, beyond their business.

Love it here. Salad bar is always clean and resupplied often. Only complaint is why they ask for tip at the time of purchase. I feel obligated to include something because their staring right at you. Handle it another way.

Anytime I get an order from here, I always the nutty berry chicken salad, maybe some chips or extra sauce. However, anytime I call in to place a to go order, I’m ALWAYS placed on a long hold, and I’m usually getting ready or already on my way, because I need to go into work. I’ll usually be getting ready for workor already on my way and by the time they take my order I’m almost or already there. I have to still wait for my order upon arrival even more instead of being a quick Togo order despite the fact that when I get there, there’s not even one single person in line making orders or anyone at the register. Do better Jason’s deli.

I was serving myself a to go box,small one,the sandwich one,I thought I order a to go salad,anyways ,it was 1:45 pm ,Friday August 1 2025,and the manager approach me and ask me if I order to go or I get a plate, I said both, a d ask me again, but you did get a plate? I said yes,and the box too,he goes like well you get a plate,and I go,oh it's because im getting salad in the box? He said yes,omg!!! You can keep it,he said oh no you can take it,so why you came and interrogate me? You keep it and you are going to throw that in the trash!!! It's mot like im take in the store profit!!!

There was a hair in my salad. 😩 I was mixing my salad as one does to eat it and suddenly I found a curly hair. I don't have curly hair. My husband does but he didn't serve my salad, it was me who grabbed it from the salad bar. Then I noticed that NONE of the staff was wearing hair nets. The women have their hair in a bun, sure. But then men can't do that. Not one single employee who was handling food was wearing a hair net. No wonder there was a hair in my salad. Did I continue eating the salad? Yes. Would I come back? Probably. But beware, I petition for ALL EMPLOYEES to wear hair nets despite wearing their hair in a bun. Also in the video I took I had already taken out the hair from the salad and placed it in the table.
Employees are green( or not well trained). Food is always good, but doesn't make up for service. Manager was the only one engaged with customers.

Order a chicken sandwich with an everything bun, and gave me the wrong one then they said I couldn't choose my own chips with it and gave no pickle either they also didn'tclose my pasta i ordered right and spilled all over the bag never going back.
