I placed an order in the app earlier today and the cost of the food, no drinks, was $48.04, which was fine, we all know when we order from KFC it is not an inexpensive dinner. With that being said, with those prices, you would expect good service. If I spend $7 at Mcdonald's I don't expect great service, but, now that I think of it, I actually always get great service at McDonald's, and if there is a problem, they make it right.... anyways.... after I placed the $48.04 Order, I called the Restaurant and spoke to a girl and asked to substitute the wings for drumsticks. She said she had to talk to someone, put me on hold, came back and said, yes, she would take care of it and the wings would be substituted for drumsticks. Great! 40 minute round trip, got home...and we had a bunch of wings! So, I called the Restaurant and spoke to the Manager and explained how I called etc. She repeated to me 4 times, when you order in the app, you get what you get. I explained 4 times that I called and spoke to her employee and so the 5th time she started talking about the app, I realized that something is wrong with her or she doesn't understand customer service at all. I gave up. So, if you want a manager that doesn't over talk you, listens and provides good Customer Service, this is not the place to go. But, if you want to spend almost $50 and be told, you get what you get; then this is the place for you. I owned businesses for 20 years of my life, and, I would never have allowed someone that worked for me to treat my customers in that fashion. The owner or corporate needs to look into how customers are treated at this location. Copying this to corporate also.

this cashier Anna Maria, she is super rude every time i stop by, this time i order a wrong, understood my mistake but i kindly request if they can change the side and she was super rude and tell me she is not going to change because it was my mistake, last yimw we request a sandwitcg without peackles and guess what? she told us no the sandwich is that way i can do changes! 😡

The manager’s unprofessional conduct was unacceptable. She exhibited a lack of interpersonal skills and resorted to laughter when discussing the incident rather than addressing the problem. Her actions exacerbated the situation. Furthermore, her English proficiency was questionable. I filed a formal complaint against her for the manner in which she treated us. Additionally, she advised the employee to refrain from speaking to us, which is inappropriate. I am concerned about her educational background.

Didn't give the side I ordered took way too long for a gravy and mash potatoes we were outside for 20 minutes js for a mashed potatoe and a gravy don't know what they were doing for it to take that long but.. ugh

Me and my family came to KFC on a Monday Dec,23 and didn’t get served till 35 minutes later and got told that they didn’t have macaroni, mind we were supposed to get our food at 9:55 and we ordered at 9:49 we got our food at 10:35. When we got in the car leaving the inside of KFC we looked inside the bag of food and saw that they put cut up pieces of chicken tenders or possibly bitten into chicken tenders instead of the chicken nuggets we paid for.

Disastrous, the behavior of the man who served us was horrible, he did not want to serve us, he seemed angry, apart from that while I was eating the chicken I had to go to the establishment's bathroom and upon returning I felt bad after that while I was in the car heading home they gave me I want to vomit and now I feel bad thanks to the chicken.

Horrible old dads because they don't waste they reheat again and again you can break a tooth with them it's not fresh food and even the chicken strips are reheated from a day before

If I could leave less stars, I would. I had a horrible experience with ordering on kfc.com and then dealing with management, in specific a manager named Claudia and one she was speaking to over a walkie named Miguel. She was very rude and didn’t assist with my issue at all, to top it off, she hung up on me!! I called due to an order that was not delivered and apparently they don’t know how to return the funds to an online order. At first she said she saw that it was picked up by 3 different ppl then she came up with that the order was cancelled, so…..which one was it? Then she kept telling me it’s because I ordered through the app to check what had happened or to check DoorDash or Uber….it was online, on KFC.COM. I do know that some go through those sources, but I didn’t. I ordered directly online. She also repeated the order to me and said she can remake it and I can go pick it up….of course not! I ordered delivery for a reason! I asked for a refund and she said she couldn’t, so of course I got upset (after about 5 mins of her back and fourth) and asked if she had adequate training for online returns and issuing refunds for such situations and that’s when she told Miguel (another manager) via walkie. Anywho, I had a number given to me, which I had to call, to get a refund because she didn’t know how to issue it. Let me tell you, I had a rough day and this experience made it A MILLION times worse. My family and I get a family dinner maybe once every two weeks or once a week, if we’re lucky. We chose this because our fridge had broken down and we needed to order out and since it was a family dinner and it’s something my husband enjoys, we ordered it. It was such a let down. We ordered to be able to sit and eat like a family while enjoying a movie regardless of the super rough, hectic, stressful day that we had, and instead we got me having to deal with a rude manager, having to call a 1-800 for a refund, still having to pick up food for my kids at 9pm, and my husband going to bed hungry all due to an issue with the website and management. It’s horrible that I wanted to spend out hard earned money on feeding my family on a stressful day and this happens!!! Never again!
