Couple issues. 1. I got a charlie brown filled brownie batter doughnut for my son. And he pulled out a long red hair from it. 2. Some worker I don't know if she a manager or the one in charge or what or was having a bad day. But is very disrespectful. I asked if they're offering the free glazed doughnut since the red light was on like she had mention in the past to me. And made a face like if I was asking for free food. Terrible. My son was disgusted with the hair in his doughnut. And just check your stuff before leaving. I should of taken a picture of the hair so the workers and company could see that all of us have a bad day one way or another.

We wanted to celebrate a birthday by having Krispy Kreme but they ruined it for all of us!!
Online, it says that it's open till 11pm so we drove 40 minutes to get donuts. We got to the restaurant at 10:30pm and they said that they were closed!! We drove such a long way for donuts just so that they can tell us that it's a mistake online!

Didn't get the name of the people helping us but I just wanna say that they gave us AWESOME customer service. The lady in front of me got a free iced coffee because it was made wrong or something but instead of throwing the drink away he offered it to the lady which was good to see..put a smile on her face. I'm from Harlingen but made the drive to Brownsville Krispy Kreme because my kids have been asking to try them out for weeks. Finally made it in and they did not disappoint!! The only thing that was a downer was the parking but other than that it was an awesome experience!! WE WILL BE BACK!!. ☝🏽😬🍩
