I went yesterday to try it out. Let me tell you what… it did NOT disappoint!! A super chill atmosphere with happy hour and great food! The staff was so welcoming and the bartender did her thing! Great service! I 100% recommend this restaurant for a nice dinner or girls/guys night out!!! 🫶🍸🍜🥡🥢
We had a great experience at Kuyashi. Little did we know we had an excellent Ramen Bar close to home. Chile de Arbol Ramen was spicy but was dilicious. Boiled egg could have been just a little more runny to really open uo the creamy flavor. Miso chicken ramen had a rich flavor. The cocktails were great as well. I had a classic Old Fashoned, along with some of their signature drinks like the Mount Fuji which had an egg white as one of its ingredients....yes...but it was an excellent...
I love Brownsville, I really do, but one thing I dislike is the lack of diversity in food, and quality food specifically. To be honest, I didn't know if it would be possible to find a good bowl of Ramen here, but I gave it a shot, and I'm glad I did. Food was great, bartender was awesome - even if service was a tad slow, everyone was really kind, and I love that they have Japanese beer on tap. I like the louder amiance but it's not for everyone.
