The waitress was very informative about the plates that they had. My wife had the Birra ramen which she loved she said it was delicious and she savored every bite. I had the Chile de Arbol Tonkotsu and that also was a very delicious bowl of ramen. It’s very spicy so I suggest to put the spicy on the side and then you can add them yourself. This place is all the way to downtown. There’s not many ramen places in the valley, but this restaurant is a good one to go to. The service is good. The waiter always made sure everything was good and made us feel welcomed. The food is good. The only thing is the fountain drinks taste watered down. I like the restaurant itself music wasnt too loud and the lighting is definitely nice. The appetizer we had was the bao buns perfectly cooked. I had the Spicy Birria Tonkotsu I understand the mexican food take to it but it really lacked a lot of the actual flavor you would expect from a japanese ramen shop.
