I was dining at this restaurant on Monday 3/1 for a late dinner with Family members. Everything was going great I received my bowl of charro beans after a few bites my beans had a HAIR! For a minute I thought it was cilantro. No, No it a long HAIR! I went to the counter and told the waiter. He said he would give me another one. But I refuse told him not even it could have a HAIR! I was very disappointed bc I love beans. I will not dine there again! I travel from Edinburg just to meet with several Family members. MCC

I order 3 parilladas almost paid $300 food was terrible food was reheated chicken had a nasty taste food was unappetizing. Not going back. We did wait a long time to be served and just to be served reheated food

Dined in and got the parrillada for two. Despite being the only people in the restaurant, it took 30 minutes for our food to arrive. When it finally did, the sausage was completely burnt. I mentioned this to the cashier while paying, and was told I should have said something earlier—I explained I was just hungry and wanted to eat. The owner was also present and dismissively told me, 'nothing would have happened to you.' No apology, no partial refund, and no offer to make it right for a future visit. Very poor customer service and disappointing food quality.
