We decided to get a cold treat after visiting the zoo. The shop was bright in color and the worker was friendly and helpful. The different kinds of treats we chose were fantastic. I had the cream base pistachios with pecans popsicle. Someone got a cream coconut popsicle, chocolate covered banana with sprinkled pecans and chocolate ice cream cone in a cone.

Just chilling back at my mom's hometown for a visit this weekend and we have my lil niece with us, so we stopped in this paleta place for a treat. No regrets at all! My brother got a large horchata and frozen choco-platano, my niece got a bubblegum paleta, and I got an agua mineral preparada and a pepino paleta. The horchata was SO delicious!! I haven't had homemade horchata in a very long time. 🤤 And the preparada was lit! Hit the spot on this very hot summer day 🌞 10/10, highly recommended! I'd hit this place up again if I come back to town.

I am complaining about the girl not sure why she is always in angry mood so please teach her how to have good customer service
I went because everything looked good. I waited for a good 10 to 15 minutes in line. When it was finally my turn the girl attending asked if she could skip me to help the lady behind me who had only been waiting like 2 minutes. She said that because the lady was probably only gonna order 1 thing and I was ordering 3. What??? I waited so why couldn't she. I walked out. Poor customer service.

The truth is I really liked coming but since I found out that they use tap water, it seems very unhealthy to me. Whenever I come, the girl never says good afternoon or hello, nothing waits for you to speak and she doesn't say thank you or anything, she's just silent and only speaks to ask what you want if you didn't specify, she's just with her headphones and very disrespectful...
