La Pampa has been our ‘go-to’ special dinner choice. We went again last night. We won’t be going again. It’s summer, the AC needs to be set correctly. The server staff was attentive but it would have helped had they been able to speak English as well as Spanish. Steak was very underdone. I asked for medium, it was rather than rare. Even after they threw it back in the pan it still didn't come back medium but at that point I didn't care and just wanted to finish the meal and go. I also just realized the filet I asked for had bacon, and they charged me for it but It was missing from the meal. The waitress wasn't very attentive until they messed up my steak. It wasn't a bad experience but I have no desire to go back....

Came to La Pampa with my wife to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We were properly greated by hosted and were taken to our table. Our server was polite and was always attentive to our needs. I ordered the churasco and wife ordered the beef loin. Complimentary bread was served with butter and chimichurri sauce. When our food arrived it was properly served.
