Liam's Steakhouse

Waiters and waitresses were a bit slow. Steak was good but closer to Texas Roadhouse quality, yet at a 4 star price.

Excellent steaks, sides were very good as well. Expert cocktails and a very nice e wine list. My wife and I shared a NY strip and it was perfectly cooked. Everyone loved their evening at Liam's.

It was my first time here this evening. After living in the DFW area for 17 years, I was looking forward to having a good steak. Started off with the stuffed mushrooms with crab meat. We were off to a bad start when they arrived. Menu did not say they had cheese. As someone who is lactose intolerant I had to back away when they arrived. Fortunately my sister was able to enjoy them. I ordered the crab cakes instead. They were excellent. I had the boneless ribeye with Brussel sprouts and wild rice as my main dish. The sides were ok, but Brussel sprouts were a bit too sweet (Chef: try adding balsamic vinegar to dressing to balance taste for a phenomenal flavor). Ribeye was ordered medium. Flavor was good, but texture was a bit tough and chewy. Service staff was friendly, but not attentive enough for the price you pay. For some reason our table had a lot of knats flying around which we had to shoo. Waitress apologized and said someone at our table before us had spilled some wine. I'm still wondering what wine has to do with knats. Despite that, I still left my typical 20% tip. Would I come back? No! This place is not III Forks, Bob's Steakhouse, AL Bernat's or Chamberlain's Chophouse which were my favorites when I lived in DFW. For the price they charge, they've got a long way to go. I'll just spend my $$$ buying my own steaks and grilling them at home. I know I can count on the flavor, texture, and service!

The service was fantastic. The food was AMAZING. Best piece of meat I’ve ever put in my mouth. We truly enjoyed ourselves!! Very upscale!

I love the food at Liams, and this time was no different; every bite was delicious—the appetizers, soups, entrees and deserts. My only complaint would be the waitress this time. She was slow and inattentive. Drinks weren't refilled promptly, dirty plates weren't removed, and she took forever to take our order. It will not stop me from returning.

We had such a great time celebrating my 16 year old's birthday. Fabrizio was very attentive to our needs, and the food was excellent.

My wife and I ate dinner for our sixth year anniversary. The ambience and atmosphere were absolutely amazing. The waiting staff was superb and we had the most delicious ribeye steaks we ever tasted. The Ceasar salad was delicious and the baked potatoe was so large I could not eat it all. They brought us a rose, candlelight and a very nice anniversary card signed by all the staff too. What a perfect place to celebrate and we will be back. We highly recommend Liam’s even if it’s just a date night, you will not be disappointed. You definitely get what you pay for and so worth it.

Had a great steak dinner! Husband and I shared a 16oz ribeye dinner. It was a 16oz boneless ribeye, baked potato and asparagus. Waitress didn’t bat an eye for sharing and was very accommodating. Service was great and food was delicious. Restroom very clean. Highly recommended!

We were very disappointed in our experience at Liam's in Brownsville. We had 6 people in our party. It started with salads , only 3 out of 4 got their salads. Missing salad arrived with 4 out of 6 meals. other 2 meals came out when most were about done eating. When they did come out my husband's steak was ice cold inside... not even cooked. When he did get it back ALL were done eating. My broccoli had some ice cold pieces... almost frozen. Last year we went to Liam's in SPI and had a wonderful meal. The food coming out of kitchen seemed to be in chaos.... I hope things turn around. Quality of steak was not good for the price, fatty and had a lot of grisle.

Excellent service, the food was amazing! Celebrated Valentine's Day seated at the bar. Best ever! Very comfortable and romantic ❤️

Went for Valentine's Day dinner with my wife the place is beautiful and the noise level was moderate the drinks were amazing I would highly recommend the old fashioned my wife had a cosmo she really enjoyed it the Valentines menu was great choice the Cesar salad is to die for and the ribeye is spot on cooked to perfection and the dessert are amazing the wine choice was spot on and our server Melissa was very attentive and very knowledgeable of the menu I recommend you have lunch or dinner at Liam's I know I'm going back soon.

Outstanding food and impeccable service from Edward. Bone in ribeyes were cooked to perfection.
