I placed an order to pick up on Saturday didn't have it ready made another order to pick up Sunday and the cheesecake was a disaster it all fell apart. Called Monday to let them know and the baker said it was probably my fridge that wasn't cooling right lol and when i told him there was nothing wrong with my fridge he said that he didn't mean that, what he was trying to tell me is that the cheesecake needed more time in his industrial fridge so i told him why did he sell it to me if he knew that so he just kept making nonsense excuses. He said he had called other people that bought cheesecakes the same day I did and they had no issues with them supposedly him and if I wasn't happy with what I got just not to go there anymore, like if I needed his advice of course I'm not going there again after all that mess. Just an FYI for everyone that is considering to buy from this place.

It’s tradition in my family to order our birthday cakes from Linda’s. Andrea is the sweetest and even stayed a few minutes after closing time on New Years Eve to add flowers on a birthday cake.

It used to be my favorite to go place for our celebrations but after this last weeks experience I will definitely not going back. I bought two cakes to celebrate a graduation in the family and the cakes were horrible. Dry and tasteless.

2 years ago I ordered a Birthday cake for my daughter! The decoration on the cake looked really pretty! Though once the cake was cut , it looked old and dry. Had no taste and the icing was way too sweet. A cake should be moist. The service was ok , not very helpful. Makes me feel they do not bake the cakes fresh or if they do they use the old cakes first. I do not recommend them for cakes! Will never order another cake from them !

I ordered a cake from Linda's per the birthday girl's request... The lady who helped me on the phone was friendly and professional. When I got to the shop, it was clean and cute with all kinds of goodies available for purchase. Later that evening, I got to actually taste the cake... I only thought I had had good cake before! The cake was light, fluffy, and soft with the perfect amount of icing... just heavenly! No more grocery store cakes for me!

I placed an order for 2 round cakes specifically mentioned what I wanted on each cake. Go pick them up and the container has a different description of what I ordered. I ask the lady handing them over to me if it was what I ordered cause it said something different. She answered yes it's just the lids that are mixed up but your order is done right. To my surprise once we start cutting them at the party the cakes were wrong. I call the cake shop the following day and they say they will call me back to check what happened. Which they didn't call me back till the following day and all I get is an im sorry for what happend and an explanation of how they will be making the orders from that day on so there won't be more mistakes on other orders. I'm very upset because I have always bought from them for many years since the previous owner and that is how my business is appreciated. I feel like there was no action taken to fix their mistake.

Horrible service I was rejected 3 times from ordering a cake and I will never go back again she had no one for Sunday and still found an excuse to cancel my order last time I went they said that it had to be a week advance and today she told me she would wait till 5 and she completely constructed her self now say it was in the morning most horrible service that I have experienced and will never go back again I feel like I have been discriminated and that’s not cool

Bought a birthday strawberry cake for my mom, and was embarrassed with the cake with all my family. I noticed everyone quite and just asking where the cake was, but not complimented on it. I was last to taste and with first bite I couldn't believe the taste and told everyone I didn't like it. Everyone said the same thing and my sister in Law told me it's not the same owner. I called and let them know the next day and they did confirm it wasn't the same owner. Sorry, but I will never go back again.
