I was really worried I was going to get food poisoning. Even though the food is supposed to be warm, most of it was overcooked and cold. Too expensive for such garbage.

I thought watching my grandmother die from stage 4 pancreatic cancer was painful, until I ate here. Undercooked food and dirty plates to say the least

Food was overpriced for just me and my little girl it was 46 dollars, then after we got the food we were about to eat and found the bellpeppers still had stickers on them

Lunch should be under 20 for the buffet. Dinner is over 20.

The food is really not that good for what it costs. The dishes had little distinction from one another though there is a large selection. The price tag is steep exceeding $20 per person with tip. This was my fifth visit to Lin's and I decided that I wouldn't be going back. The quality is mediocre and the value is not so good.

Whats so special about this place?
Pro: Gr8 service, pay before you seat (weeds out them ppl who like to eat/run). Some selected items are good to ok to blug.
Con: Same old selection as other places, so its your preference.
In all for $ saving for a family of 4+ then yes. For a date (well just being cheap) all imma saying. Whats my reason, glad you ask for 1) keep seeing this place full at parking lot and 2) just to give my review. Will I return, humm let me think, humm NOPE!

I have been here multiple times over the past 3 1/2 years when I am in town for business. I have not been disappointed yet. Definitely returning next time.

Why is the buffet here more expensive than California? This place is a joke we live in Brownsville and nothing special about your buffet to be charging this much

Pricey ($21.99 on weekends) but good. They advertise seafood buffet but didn't seem like a lot of seafood. Staff is very friendly and helpful. It seems that Mexican Americans like Chinese food! My main complaint is that it was a very hot day, and their air conditioner was not keeping up - cool but not cool enough. Try the in-shell crab cakes.
