Little Caesars Pizza

Cold pizza !

I ordered online on the app, said it would be ready by 3:55p. Kept checking the app to see if it was ready. At 4:10p I walked inside, checked the pizza portal, stood there for 10 minutes. The employees saw me, even the girl taking drive thru orders but they all totally ignored me. Went back in my car, waited 10 more minutes & went back inside. Again was ignored. I finally waved a few times til I got someone’s attention. My order had been ready for a while but it wasn’t in the pizza portal & wasn’t updated on the app. I usually leave a cash tip but I didn’t this time. When I asked the girl why my order wasn’t in the pizza portal, she said, oh we forgot. I always go to the location on Alton Gloor & they have excellent customer service & they always get good tips from me. I will never go back to this location. Someone needs to train these employees on proper customer service.

I always buy at Little Caesars and I had a good rating for them, but today they decided to send me a badly cooked pizza that came inflated on one side and thin on the other.
Terrible service 😡

They always take a long time to great you and take your order inside they never have any hot and ready pizza made and they'll charge you for extra most bests and give you the regular hot and ready over all bad service here every time I'm to dad it's the closest one to me

I dont know what I ordered, originally wanted a deep dish but they said it was gonna be 15mins, Im impatient. I got a hot n ready but the one with extra cheese and pepperoni and I wont lie, Little Caesars is usually pretty decent like its what you expect for the price. But this pizza was $9 and I got two and they were really darn good.

Went through the drive thru last night and got a hot and ready and some wings. Pizza was super good and the woman in the drive thru was super helpful, I never use ApplePay and I didn’t have my wallet and she was patient and extremely helpful through the process. She had great customer service skills!

Avoid this restaurant. Horribly managed, lack of communication and very poor customer service. Placed an order for crazy puffs and Pepsi, was told to wait in the front, they had me waiting for 1 hour and I never received my order. Went inside to cancel my order and ask for a refund, no employee apologized for the inconvenience. I would hate to see anyone else experience what I did so I say again if possible avoid this location on 904 Boca Chica Brownsville TX.

Thier pizza is to sauceing not enough cheese. Its also messing.and the pizza look like it was there for hours. Got crazy bread and it was no crazy just bread they are lazy how they making pizza and there crazy bread
