Ordered pizza at 6:42. They said it's a 15 minute wait. Show up to the store at 7:05. Waited 10 minutes at the front counter without anyone attending the front. Finally guy comes up, charges me at 7:15. Then says it's gonna be another 6 minutes. The people that work here seem like they hate their lives or something.

Cold pizza !
I ordered online on the app, said it would be ready by 3:55p. Kept checking the app to see if it was ready. At 4:10p I walked inside, checked the pizza portal, stood there for 10 minutes. The employees saw me, even the girl taking drive thru orders but they all totally ignored me. Went back in my car, waited 10 more minutes & went back inside. Again was ignored. I finally waved a few times til I got someone’s attention. My order had been ready for a while but it wasn’t in the pizza portal & wasn’t updated on the app. I usually leave a cash tip but I didn’t this time. When I asked the girl why my order wasn’t in the pizza portal, she said, oh we forgot. I always go to the location on Alton Gloor & they have excellent customer service & they always get good tips from me. I will never go back to this location. Someone needs to train these employees on proper customer service.

The owner is a jerk got mad cause I felt an item was to expensive no one's enforced to buy anything there older man with a mullet

I always buy at Little Caesars and I had a good rating for them, but today they decided to send me a badly cooked pizza that came inflated on one side and thin on the other.

They always take a long time to great you and take your order inside they never have any hot and ready pizza made and they'll charge you for extra most bests and give you the regular hot and ready over all bad service here every time I'm to dad it's the closest one to me
