HOW DOES THE PLACE KNOWN FOR ITS HOT-N-READY PIZZAS. HAVE NO PIZZAS AVAILABLE FOR THE NEXT "20-25 MINS". LITERALLY THE MAIN THING THAT PEOPLE COME HERE FOR. ON TOP OF IT ALL, THE HORRIBLE SERVICE OF THE EMPLOYEES WITH FACES THAT MAKES ME WANNA KILL MYSELF. I recommend going to another branch. The manager of this one OBVIOUSLY DOESN'T know how to do their job if they can't manage their staff properly.

If I could rate a NEGATIVE ten stars I would! I have never met such unprofessional and rude employees like I did in this store! Not even a hi or how can I help you to anyone who came into the store. A kid was trying to pick up his order in the pick up station but the screen was not functioning and gave a message to say to wait till the door closes to be able to proceed to the next order. When the parent came in to see what was the hold up, the one male employee kept telling the guy will you have to put in your code if you don’t put in your code, you can’t get your pizza. And I had to step in and tell them right but your screen is not working so he can’t put in the code to get his pizza. The guy even gave his name what his order was and what the code was he was assigned and the guy still didn’t want to give him his pizza. I was picking up for a church function, I was told my order was not existent after being told when I arrived that my order was still being prepared. I was asked by the same guy and a girl four times what I was there for and four times I explained that I was there to pick up a DoorDash for a church. after waiting 15 minutes the guy says I don’t know what you’re here for but we don’t have that order so I had to tell the customer who got upset at me because she paid for her order. it was after three trips inside the store arguing with the guy and finally showing him the screenshot where she had her order and she paid did the guy say oh I’m packing your order right here. When I confronted him, and said, so why did you tell me there was no order when clearly there was an order? His response, oh well I forgot to press the button. If your employees are not happy with their job, then they should find employment somewhere else where they don’t have to deal with the general public. Remember, these times of employees are the face of your company and the first point of contact a customer has with your business. If you expect repeat customers with this kind of attitude and service, you’ll be closing your doors real soon.

Is this why I paid 25 bucks for this type of experience? I call to order a deep dísh ultimate supreme and wings with a guy called Juan L. and look at the 1st photo looks like he put his fingers on my food, plus the pizza doesn't taste good.. poor quality food I would recommend you not to buy on this store never! Bad experience
