The fideo tasted exactly like my grandmothers , she was a cook at one of these small cozy restaurants so it was such a comfort tasting it again , tortillas and guisado were banging. Def going back whenever I don’t feel like cooking.
Chose one of the 3 breakfast specials priced at $4.99, which was papa con huevo (includes refried beans, coffee and a very large tortilla. We had to make an unexpected trip to Brownsville from South Padre. While in the area, we found this little restaurant. The food was soooo damn good and flavorful! Everything was fresh and the service was quick. The sweet tea was also really good!!! Definitely recommending this place!
