I usually always eat here but today is the last time they see me there. Most rudest girl I've spoken to on the phone don't know if she was a manager and if she is she shouldn't be one. Ordered a plate and they messed up on it and she had the audacity to say it wasn't their mistake. They overcharged me as well and she claims they didn't. She's very horrible at explaining and she was also yelling with a nasty attitude not letting me talk. This was sunday 11/9 and morning time around 11 am or 12pm, she obviously woke up in a bad mood today.

Stoped in yesterday for a late lunch and first time to eat at this location. Nice clean, friendly service, quickly served and the food was top notch! Some of the best I have had in a long time. The hot sour soup spot on, delicious sesame sushi roll. Had cashew chicken lunch special yummy and plentiful! Def will go back and highly recommend!

Food was cold, like they microwaved but it never happened. I drove up to there drive - thru didn't know ,that is had to go inside or call to order, they gave me the menu in my car then still made me go inside..... Needs a major face-lift.

My 1st time of ordering the Hong Kong Crispy Noodles and I chose roasted pork as my protein- DELICIOUS!!! Everything came seperate/ Noodles, broth ( extremely flavorful & very light ) that contained spices & veggies + Chiles and I put everything together ( allowing me to control noodle portion to my own liking...👍 ) in large bowl 🥣 😋 I also ordered the vegetable spring (2) rolls @ $4.75 and duck sauce to eat them with. Yummy! This meal is different, lighter than their other choices/ soup consistency & enough for 2-3 ppl to share as an appetizer or as a meal for 2 @ $12.75 I ordered delivery & it was fulfilled at the exact ETA that was given to me !!! Great service!! Even the delivery man, Tomas, was wonderful!!! Lotus Cafe NEVER disappoints 🤩
Walked out - no service. When we arrived - wasn't greeted. Stood at doorway for a minute No one seated us so decided to seat ourselves. We waited at our table and never was attended to. Other customers came in after and they were given menus but we were left unattended. After 8 minutes decided to go up to the counter to speak with someone about it and they simply ignored me. I'm very disappointed because I had enjoyed this establishment before. Hope they improve.

Ordered take out. Received it on time , got there earlier so they took it out to me instead of the drive thru so I wouldn’t hold up the line. So props to that.

First time, craving Chinese and we’re around Brownsville area so I did my research found this place, first time good impression. Generous amount of food, good flavor, variety of items/plates to choose from. Service was good our waitress did good service, plus we had another waitress that wasn’t even ours & they were on top making sure we didn’t need anything. Will be going again.
