Hadn’t been to Luby‘s in years and I was reminded that I used to love this place when I was a kid. I have the country-fried steak combo which came with two sides and bread. This cafeteria style place still has a variety of things in the menu that fall into the bucket of home-cooked meals and I really appreciate the nostalgia and the tastes. Mashed potatoes with cream gravy for the win!

The fish soup yesterday was not even warm and lately the food is salty.
We went again yesterday the red potato and fried okra were very salty. Also the people sitting next to us also said the food was salty. What do you plan to do.

So many fried fish should not be made beforehand so that it may be fresh and hot. Instead of it being moist and warm (it should be freshly fried)...
