It is refreshing to come to Brownsville and have a concept like Malachela available with a solid beer selection and tasty bites from an exciting menu. I look forward to returning and trying more food! The molleja tacos are a must have order and they are approachable for the demographic.
The is a selection of 30 beers and ciders ranging from lagers to stouts in a variety of glass sizes to choose from. We ordered the pretzels and they were delicious. The attention was pretty awesome and the atmosphere is welcoming.
Let me tell you something.. if you like Miller lite or bud light don't come here.. this is a place outside those just basic beers. If you like different kind of beers this is the place for you!!! You will love the beer selection, it goes with the season so right now you should try those ipa's that are citrious for that hot temperature.
