I have fond memories of this place because it was a treat I enjoyed with our older kids that have since grown up. My wife and I stopped by today and unfortunately it wasn't good. The waffle cup was stale in some places and also a bit overdone in others. The cheesecake ice cream was also just okay. We most likely will not come back.

A lady named Kathy helped me, she was super rude, too rude and didn't even want to sell me the snow that I wanted. I had a very unpleasant conversation with her for more than 10 minutes and she couldn't give me the service I needed, which was a simple snow cone.

Delicious! Best ice cream I've had in a long time!

I went with my family and we had a horrible experience today. We ordered two shakes, and it was evident that the young man who prepared the order was not very happy with the shakes. He took more than 10 minutes preparing the order and, at the end, threw aggressively the straws on the counter. It's difficult to understand this attitude when you pay for a service and the minimum that you deserve is respect.

If there was a heaven for icecream it would be this place there was a big variety of flavors and toppings and my shake was beyond heavenly

Love it, always enjoy the ice-cream and the service is always awesome, service with a smile ? ? even when the line is long. But the ice-cream is worth it.

Went in earlier in the week and had a bad experience with who I’m assuming is the owner. Decided to come back to give it another try and received the same experience if not worse. The work environment here seems as stressful as it is ordering. The owner seems to care more about making money than quality service.For 7 bucks a cone, I’d rather take my business elsewhere.

Hadn't been here in a while and the menu has completely changed, its just basic flavors with a decent selection of toppings. Ice cream is way too sweet and a bit pricey. I ordered 3 smalls and it was still huge (looked like a large) and it was just under $20.

THE MANAGERS SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEM SELVES!!!!! Manager, Jaffa, sits in back all day and treats their employees like slaves. I saw this manger snap his fingers at an employee and yell at him and I was told by this employee that Jaffa and Nadin would clock them out when going to the bathroom sometimes and that these managers would spend hours in the back room “praying” and meeting up with friends while the employees do all the work. I would come here a lot but now I will be going to cold stone. My son wanted to work but not anymore.

The girl in the white Nike cap is the best employee ever to work there was super nice. The other lady however is so rude I don’t know why she works there. My ice cream was made amazingly and it came with amazing service though the ice cream was horrible her service was great.

Horrible experience today. The elderly woman working there was taking my and my daughters order while my husband and my mother in law waited behind us. Another employee, a young black woman, came up to them to get their order and the elderly woman yells at her practically smacked the ice cream scooper out of her hand and proceeded to tell my husband and mother in law that it’s because there is only suppose to be one person serving per order and she wouldn’t know how to charge it. My mother in law and husband tried to explain the young lady was doing nothing wrong and there was no reason for her to speak to her or to them the way she was. My husband asked for the owners name and number and she only stated that he would be there tomorrow at 12. So disappointed we only received and paid for my daughter’s ice cream and left. Very rude woman and had the audacity to claim she has never had a complaint against her. With all the other reviews about her lack of customer service skills, I very much doubt her claim. I can only imagine the type of abuse this woman is inflicting on other customers and her own co-workers.
