I called to place a to-go order. As always, the food tasted great! I ordered the soup and the chipotle chicken croissant. However, both items were cold when I picked them up (I arrived within the 15-minute timeframe I was given).
Also, I’d like to suggest that you include soup spoons instead of regular spoons. Regular spoons are almost useless for scooping fideo, as it just slips right off.
The food here is consistently delicious, but please pay more attention to details like temperature and utensils to improve the overall experience.

Today I had a bad experience, I ordered a combo 13 with poblano soup, nowhere on their menu does it specify that the soup cannot be included in the combos #10 onwards and that it only includes the drink, therefore the soup is charged apart. When I mentioned that to the cashier, her attitude was not the best as she continued insisting that it does say that on the menu and that it cannot be included in the combo. The truth is that it was a very uncomfortable experience to have them discuss this with a bad attitude for something like that when you are about to consume the food. At least make changes to the menu because as a customer you are not aware of your internal changes if you do not announce it, or train your staff so that they at least have material to support themselves when they start arguing with the customer, if they go. to change your combos at least put an advertisement or something in the restaurant please. Thank you.
