managers you all should check beverage machines clean them daily. i just ordred some food and my drink tasted nasty oh and also re check your orders before handing out i orderd a sweet tea easy on the ice for my son and you all gave me alot of ice with unsweet tea. and one of the breads in the mcmuffin was hard.

They gave me my order wrong by drive thru. I ordered a cheeseburger and I received a double cheeseburger with no pickles or ketchup, it was plain and incorrect. The only satisfying thing was the general manager Mrs. Garza resolved my problem and gave me a solution and apologized because she mentioned sometimes employees are really busy and might get confused.
I accepted the apologies and left the drive thru happy
This place has gone down hill but people still keep going. Quality and customer service is bad. The server today got upset when we noticed that all our drinks were not what we asked for. The receipt said coke, she brought all hi-c and when she took them back, she did so begrudgingly and also almost spilled the drink over. The only reason it didn't was that the lid held on. Then an elder lady asked me what was wrong, and I told her what, and her response was well I can't do anything about that but with a tone. Which left me wondering, then why ask me.

Restaurant is always dirty tables floors the staff lazy you wanna have a good meal dont go there dont throw your money away staff is always on there phone it doesn't, matter how much you remodeled the place if you have unprofessional and lazy staff and rude they get upset when you ask for refills and napkins they have worst management victor and another lady they have there name tags fipped so you cant see name

Im a Night Shift worker so I often stop by somewhere to get a quick meal well I just left and as I’m already a couple minutes into my driving I decided to eat a fry and I have never been so disappointed the way I am now because they were COLD you could tell they weren’t even under any sort of heater they had to just be sitting there , to the point they even tasted funny! Definitely not eating these fries I’m scared of getting sick off of these! I don’t even want to eat my burger because if this is how their fries are I can’t even imagine the burger! I couldn’t go back because I had to get back to work! This was definitely the last straw for McDonald’s
