I highly recommend Monarca Baja. My experience has been wonderful, the service was exemplary, and the food was superb and exquisite. I had the char grilled oysters and it was by far the best I have ever tasted and I've gone to places at SPI but those oysters dont compare to the ones at Monarca. Thank you for a fantastic dinner. Will be looking forward to visiting again.
