I looooved the cake I ordered for Valentines day, not only was it the best cheesecake I've ever had, but it was also the most visually stunning. As beautiful as the edible little molded lips and heart were, I wish they tasted more like chocolate or anything, they were bland and ultimately not so edible but the cake and macaroons are still a 10 in my book, will definitely come back.

I really hate posting bad reviews.... BUTThis is the second attempt I tried purchasing a cake here. Last year, an utter fail. Ended up going to D'event Cakes (they did a phenomenal job). This year, I planned ahead, submitted my order a month in advance, and was disappointed with the outcome.I see all the beautiful designed cakes and made them here, and I am still unsure why or how they could not complete my order the way I requested it. It wasn't a hard design. And the darn thing was still $75.....The receptionist is nice, she did a pretty good job taking our order.. i was told that if the design was too difficult to make, they would call me.. never got the call. I even called a week ahead to ensure it was going to be ready.Anyway, if you're cake shopping and need a place to get a cake SPECIFIC to your request, just go to D'event Cakes. You'll save a bit more money there, if not pay the same and they WILL deliver on the quality.

Ordered a custom cake certain colors and flavors, and since pickup I was already bummed because the colors were not it. Decided not to judge until taste because I am a big fan of banana with caramel, but nope all I could taste was nuts and a cream that tasted like pure butter. Very disappointed

I honestly have to say it was delicious. I have been to other places looking for a good cheesecake. The cheesecakes were sweet but not too sweet. I was able to enjoy it. My sister got a cupcake and she also enjoyed. Monique has my business from now on.

my experience was horrible service I went to buy a cake but then another lady came after me while i was still there and asked which chocolate cake do you have the cake server told her the one i wanted to get but i had told her i would get that one i just wanted to facetime my mom to show her it I told the lady and the cake server I was going to get that cake and they both completely ignored i didn’t end up buying a cake from them since I couldn’t get the one I choose before hand.

Monique 100% executed my desired baby shower cake - actually, she exceeded my expectations on the design AND the cake tasted heavenly. (Which most know it’s usually either or but not Monique’s) highly recommend. I also made sure to call and make the reservation a few weeks prior to the event. It’s a no brainer why she gets booked?

The talent behind this company is unmatched. Head Baker and Owner along with the Team are so talented and extremely good at their craft. I have been a customer of theirs for many many years and Moniques never disappoints. Whether it's a macaron, a cupcake, a small cake , a 3tier, 5 tiers or cakes in jars. They do an amazing job always. Those that say otherwise are usually those who have outlandish expectations on short notices. Like expecting a 1,000 cake for 400 with a day notice on their event and get upset because your told NO! You wouldn't rush your mechanic fixing your car or the roof installer would you..the same courtesy should be extended to this team!!!
